You now need DSI Construction Administration staff that have the necessary specialized experience required to conduct a highly effective program of site resident observation and construction administration, who will focus on efficiency, practicality, and claims avoidance. During the construction phase DSI will represent you the Client at the weekly job meetings and as required provide overall project direction and leadership.
During construction DSI Staff recognize the obligation to effectively plan, organize, and control the project and keep the owner up-to-date regarding cost, schedule, and other hot-button issues. Proactively DSI Construction Administration staff take an strategic role in the design process by reviewing design documents before agency review submittals, thus allowing us to review and confirm constructability of designs during the design process - not during construction.
